New in Palma’s center – Sant Jaume Hotel

In June 2017, the 5 star Boutique Hotel Sant Jaume opened in the center of Palma. It is located in one of the oldest streets of the city, between two major historical buildings. Sant Jaume Hotel is set in an 18th-century building. The tastefully decorated hotel has been designed and managed by IT Mallorca Unique Spaces. Luxurious rooms offer breathtaking views of Palma city. On the fourth floor, on the roof terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the old town and the cathedral. The location is another plus of the hotel, only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade and a few steps from the hotel is the most luxurious and beautiful shopping area of the city, “Paseo del Borne” located.
A highlight of the hotel Sant Jaume is the Tomeu Restaurant. It is run by Tomeu Caldentey, a mallorcan chef who received the first Michelin star. The concept of the Tomeu Restaurant is the classic mallorcan cuisine, they use products and ingredients of the island. A mission of the chef is among others to make the gastronomy of Mallorca popular.
