Burger Lab at Paseo Borne by Adrian Quetglas

For not a long time, there openend the Burger Lab restaurant at the beautiful Paseo del Borne 16. The restaurant is open all day and is therefore suitable for a lunch, a small snack in between or for dinner after a shopping trip. The successful owner, Adrian Quetglas, also operates his very popular restaurant at Paseo Mallorca under his name. In the Burger Lab you get, as the name suggests, burgers in various variations. Beside the classic burgers, there are, for example, italian style ones with Mozzarella and Rucola, Mexican style ones with kidney beans and guacamole, or a Mallorcan style burger. This all from very good quality and acceptable prices. For the little ones there are children’s chairs in the back of the restaurant as well as a large TV, where children’s movies are constantly shown so that the visit to the restaurant is as relaxed as possible for the parents.
