Charming bistro & restaurant in Palma – CANELA – a Hidden Secret
The cozy restaurant Canela in Parisian bistro style has become one of the top addresses in Palma and is hidden away in the narrow lane of Sant Jaume next to C&A in the center of Palma. Canela, opened in 2013, - un absolutely trendy location - is owned by Mallorcan chef Fabian Fuster and his partner Irene Rigo. Canela is very busy at night – word of the great food has spread – so you need to book a table. This isn’t a place to dine if you’re under time pressure. Especially the tables outside in summer time are always very popular. Chef cook Fabian – who has worked in Amsterdam and London restaurants – bases his cuisine on seasonal fresh products. The menu offers typical Mediterranean dishes as well as Med/Asian fusion. For example Dim Sum and Gyosas (asian dumplings), an extraordinary Ceviche, a Cristal Burger, Tuna Tartar or the fantastic Wagayu Beef - we can nearly recommend every dish on the menu!
We say…TOP!
