The innovative restaurant of Ariadna Salvador and Pau Navarro is located not far from the popular promenade and restaurant mile Calle Blanquerna in Palma. Clandestí means secret or hidden and when you visit this extravagant restaurant you will understand why the name is absolutely appropriate. At the only table in the restaurant, there is room for only 12 people and they are right there when Ariadna and Pau prepare their meals right in front of the guests and all this is garnished with fitting music to each course and other show elements. Without a reservation for lunch or dinner there is no chance! Also at other times lunch or dinner can be arranged for private groups of at least ten people. You won’t find a menu here - every dish of the multi-course lunch menu or evening tasting menu is an absolute surprise and takes shape right before your eyes at the table.
