Finally back in the Port of Portals – Christmas Market from 20.12-06.01.19
As every year, the traditional and very popular Christmas market floods the harbour boulevard with Christmas scents. From 20th of December 2018 to 6th of January 2019, Puerto Portals will be wrapped in an authentic Christmas atmosphere. The Christmas market was voted one of the five best Christmas markets in Europe by the daily newspaper “Die Welt” because it also has an extensive calendar of events. You can expect a concert of the children’s choir of the school Agora in Portals, followed by musical events with Christmas Jazz & Soul. There will also be daily workshops for children, circus schools, storytelling and a visit by Santa Claus. Another highlight is, of course, the small skating rink, which makes children’s hearts beat faster. The stands offer many wonderful gift ideas for the whole family, such as desirable craftsmanship, natural cosmetics, accessories, decorative items and a delicious selection of culinary Christmas specialities from all over the world. A bit of “Chicki-Micki” but also a lot of cosiness: The Christmas Market in Puerto Portals, municipality of Calvià, is very popular with all visitors and for many it is an international meeting place.
