Fosh Lab – a unique Marc Fosh experience in Palma

Fosh Lab is one of the successful British chef Marc Fosh’s three restaurants in central Palma. He also owns the Mallorcan capital’s only Michelin-starred restaurant Marc Fosh and Fosh Kitchen, which opened this summer. Fosh Lab is a restaurant as well as a „laboratory“. Here, renowned British chef Marc Fosh and his culinary team develop new dishes on the highest level. The multi-course menu as well as the decoration of the restaurant change every three months. So far unique on Mallorca.

Fosh Lab is an ultra-modern concept in an charming old street in Palma just around the corner of Plaça de Santa Eulàlia. The building has large panoramic windows – offering a glimpse inside the interior, which has a high dark ceiling and artistic foodie pictures from the award-winning local photographer Nando Esteva’s on the stone walls. The kitchen is open and there is a TV on which the guests can watch the chefs preparing the dishes. With only 30 seats, individual and excellent service is guaranteed and each course is explained in detail. You can ask questions about techniques and ingredients, and get some ideas to improve your own cooking.
The rear kitchen is tiny and shows that one doesn’t need a large kitchen to produce amazing food. If you’re interested in the latest trends in high-quality gastronomy, Fosh Lab in Palma is a must-visit and because of the few amount of seats, a reservation is always recommended.
