More and more Hamburg restaurants are mushrooming in the island capital of Mallorca. The selection is great, the burgers are available as a gourmet version, vegetarian and gluten-free. Raimundo Burger, run by Álex Javaloyas, offers Italian, Mexican and American-inspired hamburger. Álex worked in restaurants in Helsinki and Berlin until last year and was inspired by the burger shops in Barcelona and Madrid. The chef and owner works with the best local suppliers.
Highly recommended is also Badal Burger. The place is one of the hottest restaurants in Palma, you should reserve a table in advance. The special thing about this burger restaurant is that guests can put together their own burger. California Burger on Calle Jaume Ferrer 14, located in the La Lonja district, feels like you’re in the Wild West, with Harley Davidson posters, Lucky Strike posters and the American flag on the walls.
