Mallorca needs help

The Corona crisis poses major challenges for the entire world. But it is especially the classic holiday countries, such as in our case Mallorca, that are hit particularly hard. Tourism is on an absolute downward spiral and many tourism companies will no longer exist next year. Many people on the island are desperate and fear for their existence. The uncertainty is great and nobody can tell you how things will continue in the future and when everything will return to “normal”. We from Private Property Mallorca will, in addition to our usual activity as real estate agents, increasingly take care of charity projects on the island and help the people who are not as lucky as we are and perhaps have already lost everything, in the coming months.

We will donate part of our commission to a charity project chosen by the client. Whenever a property is sold, we will donate a part of our commission, after signing at the notary’s office, to a charity chosen by the buyer. For this purpose, we have selected 4 aid programmes in Mallorca with the aim of helping the most vulnerable in these unpredictable times.

For this purpose we have set up a bank account exclusively for charitable projects. Once the buyer/customer has chosen the project he/she wants to help most, we transfer a percentage to our charity account, from which the amount goes directly to the project.
