Still a Hidden Secret in Palma – Restaurant Canela

The cozy restaurant Canela in Parisian bistro style, one of the best addresses in Palma, is located in a hidden location in the narrow street Sant Jaume next to the department store C & A in downtown Palma. Opened in 2013, the Mallorcan Fabian Muster and Irene Rigo are absolutely popular. Especially in the evenings the Canela is quite busy, the good and interesting food has spread quickly and especially the few tables in the outdoor areas are always busy. A reservation on time is therefore always recommended. Chef Fabian, who has worked in restaurants in London and Amsterdam, cooks exclusively with seasonal fresh produce from the island. The Canela convinces with Mediterranean-Asian fusion creations like the fantastic dim sum and gyosas (Asian dumplings), a fancy ceviche and many other “taste explosions”. Also for the lunch very recommendable. We say - TOP!
