The “organic wave” has now reached Port Andratx

Veritas has opened its first store in Port d’Andratx. After the success of the organic supermarket in Palma and Ibiza, Mallorca’s popular, international south-west location is a strategic step in the chain’s expansion. With this opening, the chain of ecological supermarkets has a total of 41 physical stores throughout Spain, plus an efficient online store. Only in this year, Veritas has opened six new shops in Catalonia, the Balearic Islands and the Basque Country. Especially important for Veritas is the cooperation with local producers and farmers.

The smell of freshly-baked bread hits you as soon as you enter Veritas, which has its own bakery producing delicious and wholesome handmade bread daily. The supermarket stocks more than 4,500 certified organic products, including not only food but also beauty and toiletry products, baby and pet things, household cleaning items and numerous health supplements.

For ease and convenience, Veritas also has an efficient online shopping service. Have your fresh fruit and vegetables, meat and fish, dairy products and those harder-to-find vegetable protein items delivered direct to your door, along with anything else you may require, for a minimal cost (orders over 95 euros benefit from free delivery).
