Out of the daily grind - into relaxation
Finca Son Jorbo has just changed hands and we are very happy for our buyers Tina and Markus, who have now realised their Mallorca dream here. Tina, a native of the small town of Crailsheim in Baden-Württemberg, and Markus, a true Upper Bavarian from Schrobenhausen. After a long career in the automotive industry, Tina will take over the management and operation of Finca Son Jorbo. Markus will be on hand to offer advice and support. In the Agroturismo, all hygiene regulations are strictly implemented and yet the stay at Son Jorbo is a blessing for body, mind and soul. The tranquillity of nature alone, the radiance of the sun and the many opportunities to enjoy all this give fresh energy for life. It is located in the middle of nature between a small olive grove and fig and carob trees. Nevertheless, you can reach many destinations on Mallorca in no time. Due to the change of ownership, the room descriptions and photos may differ slightly. They will be updated soon and will certainly please regular guests. The original charm of the finca will be preserved.
House & Garden
Breakfast is served on the terrace in summer and indoors on cooler days. The pool and surrounding terrace are in the sun all day. Here, comfortable loungers, sun tents and the covered sofa offer relaxation even in the shade. You often have the opportunity to enjoy the place alone, as rarely all 10 guests of the house are on site. Pool towels are of course available free of charge. The garden and the terraces offer cosy and quiet retreats under the trees or in the shade under the roofs, which you can use at any time.
Surroundings of the Finca Son Jorbo
Centrally located in the rural eastern part of the island, the finca is ideally situated for easy access to Mallorca’s various attractions by car.
From here you can also reach all the well-known beaches of the south-east, such as the popular Es Trenc beach (20 min.) The neighbouring village of Porreres is said to be one of the most unspoilt villages on the island. Still largely untouched by tourism, it boasts a few good, small restaurants and very typical local bars, located in the traffic-calmed village centre. The church is known as the second largest on the island, and the surrounding Montesion mountain offers a pretty excursion destination with magnificent views in all directions. On Tuesdays, the popular market takes place in the village and with excellent musical events, the regional village festivals are celebrated gladly and extensively. The capital Palma is 35 minutes away by car and offers many pretty streets to stroll along, museums, restaurants and shops.
Enjoy your time with Tina & Markus at Finca Son Jorbo!
