After his studies at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland, the German Stefan Zaelke gained more than 11 years of experience in the international luxury hotel industry, e.g. as Director of Food & Beverage in the 5* hotels Hyatt Regency La Manga, Castillo Hotel Son Vida as well as in the Gran Hotel Son Net on Mallorca. He has now been the General Manager of the beautiful restaurant “Lila Portals” with heart and soul for many years. Together with his wife Nicole, he is in charge and has made the beautiful restaurant one of the top addresses on Mallorca within a short time.
