The restaurant “Es Fum” is located in the elegant 5* Hotel St Regis Mardavall in Costa d’en Blanes and has been awarded another Michelin star in December 2021 for its excellent and creative cuisine, which mainly uses regional products.
Chef Miguel Navarro has been the culinary director since 2017. He has worked in numerous top restaurants around the world, including El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, which was named the best restaurant in the world in 2013.
Inside the restaurant, works of art by Nils Burwitz shine and the menu of the star restaurant impresses with high-quality dishes such as lobster and truffles. The restaurant is only open seasonally and you won’t find a menu here - chef Migual Navarro and his team create a petit menu and a tasting menu at a fixed price. Each individual course is a surprise in itself, because sometimes you are only told the ingredients. The presentation of the dishes also makes every gourmet’s heart beat faster. Es Fum also has an excellent sommelier and you will be thrilled by the considerable wine selection - including many Mallorcan wines. Few restaurants on Mallorca can match this innovative cuisine and outstanding service.
Particularly inviting is the spacious terrace with a fantastic view over the garden to the sea where you can enjoy an excellent dinner with sunset atmosphere.
